Right of return

  • 30-day right of return for products if they are in unopened packaging upon presentation of a receipt for purchase, or confirmation of receipt that satisfactorily shows when the product was purchased or delivered. This right of return does not apply to special orders or sale items.
  • 14-day right of return for products, even if the packaging has been opened and tested, upon presentation of a receipt for purchase, or confirmation of receipt that adequately shows when the product was purchased or delivered. The customer is responsible for the deterioration of the value of the product resulting from its treatment, which is not considered necessary to confirm the properties and functionality. Furthermore, all accessories and manuals must be included with the product. This right of return does not apply to computer software if the seal has been broken and or installed on the customer's computer with the customer's consent.
  • If a product is returned or notified of return within 14 days of purchase or delivery, the customer is offered a full refund or a credit note equal to the original purchase price, but after that the price in the store at the time of return is lower.
  • The customer bears the direct costs of returning the product and is responsible for delivering the product to Tölvutinda ehf.
  • Product returns are accepted, so you send a product return notification to vinnutolvur@vinnutolvur.is  and we will pick up the relevant product.

  • The consumer warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase, while the warranty for companies is 1 year from the date of purchase. 
  • If something breaks down and you need service, you log in to your pages with us and fill out a request, and we pick up the product and drive it back home when the repair is complete.
